This app offers you a wide range of services to make your work easier and track the progress of your drivers and their equipment
SERVICES
DRIVERS
New drivers are added to the system through the drivers feature. Users will be prompted to add the drivers contact information and upload other relevant documents, such as the drivers hiring contract or medical exam.
Once that's done, a profile of the driver will be generated in the system.
After a new driver is added to the system, additional details can added to the new driver's profile, such as the drivers address, the expiration date on their license, or their contact information. Having all the drivers relevant information in one function streamlines the safety users workflow by eliminating the need for users to jump between different applications and pages to look for information.
VEHICLES
The vehicles feature keeps track of the information on any vehicle that is part of your fleet. Users will input information, such as type, unit number, or VIN number of a new vehicle.
Once thats done, a profile of the vehicle will be generated in the system.
The new vehicle can then be assigned to a driver so that managers are able to keep track of who is using which vehicle in their fleet. Several other details can be added to a vehicle profile once it has been added into the system, such as its mileage, last oil change, as well as relevant documents such as claims or accident reports. This additional data will let users know what condition the current vehicle is in and if it needs any attention regarding its safety status.

INSPECTIONS
The inspections feature is where details of inspections are held. The user adds an inspection report to this section by inputting the inspection number, state, drivers name, and the date the inspection occurred.
Once the information is added, a profile will be generated for that inspection.
The inspection document is uploaded to the files section at the bottom of the profile page. Specific details from the inspection report, such as whether any violations occurred, are logged into the last update section of the profile page.
CITATIONS
The citations feature stores the citations issued to the fleet. Users create a profile for a new citation by adding the state, number, driver name, and other information in the add citation prompt.
Once thats done, a profile of the citation will be generated in the system.
After the profile has been created, additional details, such as court dates and costs associated with the citation, may also be added. Safety employees can log specific notes about the citation, such as what specific statutes were violated, that they think are important in the last update section. The citation itself and related documents can be uploaded at the bottom of the profile page.
